Leadership Coaching
Leading is grounded in the courage to get - and to stay - curious. We all get busy, often doing the same tasks in the same ways that haven’t worked before. In coaching, leaders can see beyond perceived limits and illuminate new paths for themselves and their teams.
Lumin/Us Leadership Coaching is grounded in proven leadership frameworks that integrate mind and body. Together, the coach and client make progress on what matters most to the client and develop the skills to navigate complex situations over time.
We offer 4, 6 and 9 month coaching packages that include bi-weekly sessions, outside reading and listening, and active experimentation in the workplace with access to the coach throughout.
