Lumin/Us
evolution is not optional
Leadership in today’s complex and multifaceted world requires organizations to continuously evolve and adapt.
To do this work, Lumin/Us supports mission-driven organizations to:
Build relational organizations
Relationships are the foundation of our organizations – and real change can only happen when we’re able to relate and co-create together. Lumin/Us works with leaders and teams on establishing and creating honest working relationships and leveraging the wisdom and expertise of all involved.
Understand and address emerging challenges
To address the world’s most complicated challenges, leaders and teams need to first learn how to become compassionate listeners who can unpack assumptions about themselves and others, and to recognize and analyze the root causes of challenges within their organizations. They develop the tools, using mind and body, to transform their leadership and how they choose to navigate these complex situations. To find solutions to emerging challenges, Lumin/Us leads organizations in developing adaptive and collaborative leadership frameworks that allow them to effectively iterate and adapt to uncertain, ambiguous, and complex environments.
Show Up Fully
To be diverse and inclusive organizations, we have to unlearn old ways of working and to see and address structural inequities in our management and leadership practices. Enabling teams to show up fully begins with taking a wholehearted approach to how we lead - rooted in awareness, risk-taking, and love.
Remember our bodies
Organizations are made of people, not of minds. Too often our bodies – which hold past experiences, traumas, and stress – are left out of our work. To embody true leadership, we need a connection to self and the capacity to lead with awareness and mindfulness, especially in moments of stress and challenge.
